Cardio Kicks is a 60 minutes kickboxing workout... 5 minute warm up, then 45 minutes of my own version of a kickbox workout which provides the flavor of kickbox through kicks and punches but in a very fun and free flowing format. Though some form and technique will be mentioned, it will not be the focus of this workout. It concludes with a 7 minute stretch.
